Do I need TrainingPeaks account?

Yes, you do need at least a free basic account. However, if you don't have one, you can create one now and transfer all of your data into that account. We can help you with that. 

What do I need to get started?

All you need is at least 3 months' worth of training data that includes power. The more data you have, the better analysis it'll be.

What if my data are on Strava, Trainerroad, or other app?

No problem. All you need to do is to transfer all the data to TrainingPeaks which is quite easy. We can help you with that!
