      I’m know in last week of Advance 8 week FTP booster plan. This is probably the best race plan. FTP test in first week i made 332 watts and in the last i made 340 watts. The workouts are very interesting and very specific. Also in plan you have detailed tips for everything which i like very much. RECOMMENDED!!!

      Bought the Advanced ftp booster to try keep some focus and structure during lockdown. Honestly I was surprised at how detailed and carefully planned it was. I am looking forward to retest and going by sensations at hr I already know there has been a nice bump in power. Tks Jakub
